    I love strength training with Rez! He is so knowledgeable and manages to keep training fun yet safe simultaneously. I would definitely recommend StrengthFit at Elite Performance. I should also note that all safety protocols were in place. All participants were safely distanced, surfaces were continually sanitized and masks were on during required times. 13/10!!

    Definitely far from being the most back friendly exercise. It is easy to get caught up in wanting to get your meters up at the sacrafice of form. Your back will hate you later if you do this. Pay attention to keeping your back straight and this workout is solid. Great atmosphere at the new studio.

    Hot Fire Flow & Chill (Level 1/2/3)

    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.
