    Rumble Boxing

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

    SHADOWBOX - STANDARD

First time here and think it is now my favorite of all boxing studios in NYC. At the beginning of the class, the instructor showed us how to do different boxing moves before we started on the bags, unlike other studios I have been to. We did 7 rounds, with a cardio break in between bag sessions. Was really tired by the end. No complaints whatsoever

Amazing workout, was dripping sweat within the first 20 minutes. Instructor is super friendly and did a great job of mixing cardio and strength. He also taught some true boxing combos which was cool

I loved this class! It was such a great workout. I was so sweaty afterwards-- too bad they don't provide towels. Anywho, the drills in between boxing reps are a bit more intense than EverybodyFights. I'd certainly recommend Title to others.

Love the instructor but even though he’s shouting, it’s still very difficult to hear and see him. I recommend a mic and moving the gold bag to the front and elevating it so everyone can see. Placing it in the middle is generally ideal but the pillar really restricts 3/4 of the class to see him. And since we can’t hear him either, it means half the class is unsure of the sequence. He does come around often to correct form.

I haven't done kickboxing in a couple of years and the instructor was conscious in making sure I was keeping up and adjusted my technique. Good mix of bags and other workouts (e.g. planks, squats, etc.)

3pm summer Friday has been making my summer so much brighter! :) I am always so impressed in how much pride Vinny take in his work, he is always fixing up the studio or working on something to make CKO even better. Always a great class with a nice fix of ClassPass and regular clients. I am always drenched w sweat at the end of class and come out feeling stronger and more knowledgeable about boxing throws & kicks. Love it!

    Melt

This class is an amazing find! Denise is a great MELT instructor—knowledgeable, thorough, caring. I have no idea how MELT works, but it’s an incredibly powerful tool for fixing body imbalances. After taking the class yesterday, I slept through the night without any of the painful knee locking that’s mysteriously popped up lately. It’s hard to find MELT sessions in NYC, so I’m grateful that BeFit is offering this one on ClassPass.

    American Boxing

This was one of the more challenging and hard-working boxing class Ive been too. Joseph was an excellent instructor and really pushed you to your potential. No thrills for the gym itself but the limited number of bags in the gym makes each class more tight nit and personalized.

Alessandra was very supportive of me as it was my first time there although it was not my first time kickboxing, many of the moves were different. There was a lot of partner exercises and an odd number so I worked with her one on one and she was very encouraging and I got in twice the workout! I will be back!

This is an amazing perk for ClassPass. Very cool workout. Was not at all expecting it - thought it was your average strength class. Nope. Enjoyed this innovative approach to working out..and only 30 mins! Anyone can do it if they don’t freak out easily over involuntary tens treatment (mild electric shocks). Eric was a great trainer and Lucy explained the situation really well :) I’ll be back!
