    Full Body

    First time at Basecamp and I really loved the class! Today was full body and was basically 60 seconds on the bike and then 60 seconds of some sort of strength or cardio move - slam balls, lunges, push-ups, ladders, you name it! I really like the screens they have to demo each move so you always know what’s up next. Emily was great about correcting form which I really appreciate and the playlist was awesome too. No need to bring a mat, but they want you to bring clean work out shoes to keep out the salt/snow. Will be back!
