    Sam was awesome - the hill sprints were so challenging but she offered modifications. I loved the weight section - this was the first instructor I’ve had that really challenged us to use moderate-heavy weights. All around wonderful class would definitely recommend. Facilities - include showers and dyson hair dryers - are amazing

    Yoga Sculpt

    Large open studio with plenty of space to spread out. Used weights and a Pilates ball for sculpting those muscles. Playlist and instructor were great. Not as much cardio as I’m used to during past classes but my abs are definitely going to be feeling it and nice to change it up. Will be back!
