    I really like Basecamp’s class style. You alternate between a minute on the bike and a minute doing an exercise of some sort - typically strength but ranges from deadlifts to burpees to kettleball swings. It does take a bit of time to figure out what station you’re rotating to (and the switch time reminds me of a bee hive) but overall it’s a super efficient and effective workout that works well for my ADHD! Love to incorporate it into my schedule.

    The instructor was not Logan, but a gal with short brown hair. Apologies for not remembering, but she was fantastic! Very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. We tried the class because it looked fun and it certainly was!
