I enjoy this class a lot given the tempo / structure, however it’s not for people who need to learn form. I’m surprised more people don’t injure themselves as it seems heavy weights and speed take precedent over correct form.

Lauren really is a lovely instructor. It was just the two of us for Saturday morning yoga and she really went above and beyond to make sure that it was an awesome, comfortable and physically challenging practice. She added her own flair - gentle sound, music and incense- during the practice which made for a cool experience. I had a great time and left with a smile on my face. I will be back. Thanks Lauren!

    Pilates Mat/River Run : 30/30

The instructor was very nice! The space was also so beautiful I loved the light hardwood and the airiness of it. Gorgeous and so modern. The Pilates portion wasn’t really a workout, more so just stretching to prepare for the run. I loved the run route, it really took advantage of the studios prime location along the Stone Arch Bridge. It was lovely outside and I had a great time during the run portion. That said, the description says you can walk or go at your own pace….that is semi true. The group does NOT slow down for you but you can go at your own pace but it’ll definitely go over the class time limit considering it’s a 2 mile route that’s supposed to fit in 30 mins. So just be prepared for that - I ended up taking a short cut and walking and ended up finally getting to the studio 10 minutes after the class was officially over and missed all the post run stretching. Not the instructors fault though, that’s on me for not being fit and able to run! Overall it was a great slow start to my Sunday!
