    Yoga

    Jacqui was amazing. She guided the practise well and the class was very accommodating to both beginners and intermediate. She was hands-on if you wanted to delve deeper into the poses - will definitely attend her class again

    Equipment is ok, could do with a few additional machines (e.g. leg abductor) but cannot complain. Instructors are nice and available as well.

    Circuit Club

    The friendliest staff I have ever encountered (from the 20+ studios Ive been to - they remember your names!) The class started with a communal stretch then we were divided into 2 groups (one to start with conditioning, the other with strength). Each group had 5 station of 40s ea assigned (conditioning: eg. Rowing, bench jumps, etc; strength: dead lights, bench presses etc). The workout involved 2 laps along each group circuit and finished off with a final circuit along all 10 stations. We were 6-7 and had 3 instructors, who were VERY meticulous with guiding and correcting form. Felt very much like a PT session (got guidance and support at every station from at least 2 instructors). I would rate 10/10 for the lovely staff and 8/10 for the intensity of the workout (can feel the muscle sores post class; but thought it could have been faster paced with less breaks). Would very much recommend it to beginners and intermediates
