    30 Minute Infrared Sauna Session

I’ve been to Body Shoppe for multiple classes and to use their sauna. Top notch facility all around! Extremely clean and every coach I’ve encountered is great at catering their exercises to each attendee! #ClassPassInsider

This class was fantastic. Both challenging and relaxing. It was an emotional day for many of us in the room after the SCOTUS decision and Mark managed to make the class both joyful and empowering. Definitely recommend!

    Flex + Flow

Nice space with colored dim lighting during the class. 45 mins, started with meditation and progressed to ab and other pilates/yoga type exercises with some light weights. Nice class on a Sunday for a light workout focused on mobility/recovery.

    Flow & Yin

Lauren is a great instructor. She has a vast understanding of the body and how it stores emotion and how stretching is so good for the soul. She makes yoga into a deep stretch and brings a lot of connection to the moment. I always want her classes to last an extra hour because I just feel so good during her class. I recommend this class for all levels but if you’re a beginner this would be an excellent class for you as well because there’s not a lot of advance transitions and the flow is very easy to keep up with. Lauren is very intuitive about her students and Creates her class for who’s there on each day. But if you’re into advance yoga do not skip out on this class either it will bring you the places you’ve never been before with deep stretches.

Really enjoyed the new to me style of yoga practice. Had a hard time hearing instructor. Staff was very helpful.
