Aloysius's class is no walk in the park, make no mistake about that. When I first attended his class back in Dec, I had only attended less than a total of 10 spin sessions but boy was I hooked. He is sooooo good. From his immaculately timed cues to his sick playlists to his energy.. Amazing spin sessions every single time. Guaranteed. And he's really big on good riding postures; I learnt so much from attending his classes. Aloysius will push you to limits you never thought you could achieve. And you will get addicted to Aloysius classes. You have been warned. 😘

I love attending Bryce's classes. His cues are absolutely so-on-point and his playlists are the best. Studio is also beginner friendly but do go at least 20 min early if you are a first timer because 1) they will give you pre-lessons on boxing. 2) if you have boxing wraps that needs wrapping (the non-glove types) they'll teach you/help you wrap them 3) familiarize yourself with the locker system.

Instructor also pointed out things to take note for each exercise e.g. not to lean forward too much, engage core etc. Loved the song choices too. It was also pretty cool trying out the Johnny G spin bikes which had a digital screen for us to see the bike resistance, speed, time etc. Studio space was really nice and clean. I'm seriously addicted to spinning. Help ~ On a serious note, Nicole is so good with leading the class, and her playlist is vibing! Also at the beginning of class, she goes around seeing who needed help setting up their bikes. (There are also staffs helping with adjusting the bikes in case the knobs are sometimes too tight to turn.. Tip: use the towel). Btw, do arrive early like 15-20 min (at the very least 10 min before class starts) as spin studios are strict on timing, as you need time to set up the bike before class starts and gets too dark; also you can't enter class after the door is closed. Seriously though, spinning is so addictive and the Revolution instructors are sooooo good!

The difficulty and pace of the class was perfect for mid-level yogis. Instructor had good energy and was clear most of the time. However the start of the class was very rushed and chaotic likely because the instructor only came in a few mins before class started.
