Slow Flow Yoga
see all reviewsThis was a very chill class, only 5 people there total which is nice because I'm used to fuller rooms. A very low key vibe and I thought the class would be great for beginners but it was still really engaging for someone like me who has been doing yoga a long time. I'll have to come back sometime!

see all reviewsWhat a fun environment!!! Sonja was so welcoming and warm - you can tell she LOVES what she does and her community! Everyone was so friendly and the ambience felt like “we are in this together!!!”. I really enjoyed this class. I’m sad I don’t live here anymore otherwise I would love to workout with these ladies often!!! My brother also joined and had a great time. The class is set up so that you can go at your own pace. Thanks again Sonja!!!
