    Introductory - Absolute Beginner

    Intro with Sonya is awesome! I didn’t mind the shorter choreography but the repetition of steps really helped lock it in and made me feel confident by the end. I also really liked how she played the music slowed down to allow us to feel the steps with the beat before putting everything together at tempo.

    I got there around 9:30am on a Sunday for a swim. It was still a little bit quiet and I was the only one at the pool until around 10:15am. Adrian was lovely and very welcoming. He took me around the facility and explained each and every single areas there. Super modern facility and pretty sure it have everything for everyone.

    Barry was very attentive especially to the first timers, taking the time to explain and correct everyone. He also adjusted the difficulty accordingly. The class can be a bit challenging for a complete beginner, but Barry will definitely help!
