see all reviewsOwner and other coaches were so kind and welcoming! I can see why people like CrossFit, but I guess I didn’t really realize what it was. I am more used to hiit style training. This was just different because we didn’t even start the workout until the last 20 mins of class. Nothing wrong with that just not really for me :)
