    Good pace of class and will definitely be sore tomorrow (in a good way!)! Studio is clean and fresh and the music gets you going in the morning. Individual showers are super nice and make morning work outs so much easier! Will definitely be back 🤗

    Really cool class. TRX are not for newbies - if you’ve used them in a different type of workout though (eg HITT or lifting) you are ready for this class! Some people may not vibe with this instructor’s style, which is different from most other Pilates instructors I’ve had, but I enjoyed the class
