Power Yoga 45
see all reviewsI really loved the class/flow so 5 stars but it finished 7 mins late which is quite a big deal when I’m squeezing it into a lunch break from work! The 45 min length is one of the reasons I go to Digme as it’s the perfect length of time. I also love that they already put out blocks and sweat towels for you and you don’t have to clean your own mat at the end, which all saves so much time :)

see all reviewsGreat yoga class. Matt is amazing, he is one of my favourite yoga instructors and I’m glad his 12;30 classes have been added back to the schedule. He’s really encouraging and supportive as an instructor and helps you feel more confident in trusting yourself and your body to do difficult postures such as head/handstands. Always feel amazing after his class. Would highly recommend.

see all reviewsReally liked the class structure a mix of cardio machines and dumbell exercises so not endless burpees or plyos that you sometimes get at other hiit classes in London. Loved the upper body focus. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge changing rooms with sauna. Gym space is well kitted out. A great addition to the London gym scene and not as snobby as some west end gyms ! A hidden gem!
