see all reviewsI really loved the class/flow so 5 stars but it finished 7 mins late which is quite a big deal when I’m squeezing it into a lunch break from work! The 45 min length is one of the reasons I go to Digme as it’s the perfect length of time. I also love that they already put out blocks and sweat towels for you and you don’t have to clean your own mat at the end, which all saves so much time :)

see all reviewsReally liked the class structure a mix of cardio machines and dumbell exercises so not endless burpees or plyos that you sometimes get at other hiit classes in London. Loved the upper body focus. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge changing rooms with sauna. Gym space is well kitted out. A great addition to the London gym scene and not as snobby as some west end gyms ! A hidden gem!

see all reviewsLauren is fab. This was kind of a brutal class due to riders not having the proper class etiquette, and she totally smashed it. Note to new riders: ask the soul front desk peeps if you can be on the side or in the 2nd/3rd row… CP automatically assigns your bike and it’s a tough class to be front and center your first time. Also try not to leave in the middle of the class if you can help it!
