    Barry was very attentive especially to the first timers, taking the time to explain and correct everyone. He also adjusted the difficulty accordingly. The class can be a bit challenging for a complete beginner, but Barry will definitely help!

    Half the class was spent telling us about an upcoming trip to ball. Maybe about 25 minutes of guided movement. Good for light exercise but you won’t get a Pilates burn in this space. HIIT and circuit classes here are amazing however
