see all reviewsI attended a Strength Training session with Barry today. It was my first class today and I really enjoyed it to the core, literally. Barry was awesome and very supportive. Well equipped gymnasium and very clean and neat atmosphere. Highly recommended and will attend more sessions.

see all reviewsHalf the class was spent telling us about an upcoming trip to ball. Maybe about 25 minutes of guided movement. Good for light exercise but you won’t get a Pilates burn in this space. HIIT and circuit classes here are amazing however
