Zarah led with drawing parallels from everyday external life experiences to internal mind, body and spirit experiences which set such a clear intention for the class. The flow of asanas was fluid and just the right level of challenging. She keeps you engaged with breath and overall energetic flow of the room. Will definitely take her class again😊

For the more advanced yogis, she offers more advanced poses and stretches for you to try in class, while also helping beginners perfect their poses. And her music selection is always on point. I followed Regina here from another studio - she is truly the best!

see all reviewsThis class was an amazing experience from the very beginning from Nikka’s warm welcome via email, instructions on everything I needed to do to be fully prepared for my first class (toe Sox a must!) and the welcome by Jennifer when I showed up to the studio! Class was very well, balanced, energetic, fun, and focused on all of the key movements so I felt like every part of me got some work in! I love that Jennifer paid such close attention to my form too - it made such a huge difference.
