see all reviewsI really appreciated that Ashleigh clearly communicated the duration (30/45/60/90) and target step length (medium/medium-long/long/etc.) for each track. It helped manage expectations and stay motivated. In other classes I’ve been to, it has often been quite hard to understand what the instructor is shouting over the music, so this was a pleasant surprise.

see all reviewsStaff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

see all reviewsI loved this class so much. It invited me to explore and be playful with the way I move my body and was really focusing on the feeling rather than the look. Feeling inspired, thank you!✨ also Kate is rather hilarious

see all reviewsGreat class and great instructor! I hope to return. There was ample space for everyone, the equipment was good and the instructor had great music and instructed form well. Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

see all reviewsExcellent class for beginners but you can still be challenged if you feel like it. Laurine was really sweet and helpful when I wanted to be corrected during a pose. I learned a lot about the yoga philosophy, thank you for that !

see all reviewsThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
