    45 Minute Single Massage

I’ve had a lot of bodywork done, and Michael is one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had work on me. He is so intuitive and knew what my muscles needed without having to say anything. I highly recommend booking sessions with him!!!!

    Essential Rack

Excellent! Just what I needed! I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain and hip tightness. Hailey stretches me out in 20 mins explaining what she was doing as she was doing it. I also asked lots of questions which is key to getting 100% out of this experience. I immediately feel better stretched. The trick is how to incorporate this into my daily life. Still working on that.

Make Me Glow 50 Minute Facial

Loved the facial and the space, but I wish I had known it’s sort of “express spa” vibes in that you drop in, get your facial, and leave. There aren’t other facilities to use, and you don’t even change out of your clothes (so don’t show up in jeans, or come straight from a boxing class hoping to shower before your treatment like I did). On the plus side, the facial didn’t touch my hair so you won’t leave feeling like you need to shower, which happens after many other facials. Keep in mind that tip isn’t included, and the facial goes for $98 so you’re also going to pay about $20 in tip. Also they were running about 10-20 min behind and didn’t seem super fazed, so make it clear if you’re in a rush.

This place is an absolute Gem! Very cute and clean. All of the staff were great but Hannah the masseuse was FABULOUS. I left feeling limber and calm. Definitely looking forward to going back and also trying a few other services.

Very interesting concept. I enjoyed it! My only suggestion would be for the staff to try to keep a more Zen environment. The person who was there was very friendly but very loud which felt a little out of place.

Massage and Rolfing - 60 Minutes

Michael gave me an excellent massage today! Really appreciated that he took the time to ask me questions prior to the massage. He’s got a very calming demeanor and is very professional. He has a firm touch and at times I asked for lighter pressure, which he accommodated easily. I definitely recommend him and I plan to go back for another massage in the future.

    Diamond Microdermabrasion Facial

Cat was very knowledgeable and really took her time to figure out what I wanted from the facial. Only complain is that my treatment was listed as an hour on ClassPass and was actually only about 35 minutes. I would have gone for one of the 40 credit hour long treatments instead of this 31 credit 35 minute one, but all in all I’m happy with how my skin looks and feels after the facial!
