    barre3 LIVESTREAM

Babette is a lovely human and a great teacher. I will say that Barre3 is way overcrowding the classes, which is unfortunate. It’s really hard to do moves on the mat, and we spent half the class on the mats. I’d prefer more time upright and more cardio work.

Kayla is such an upbeat, supportive instructor. She’s great at giving individual instruction, even over Zoom, and gives you a sense of what’s coming next in class. Highly recommend her class!

    Ballet Body CLASSIC

Evita is very sweet and lovely and a great instructor. Definitely suitable for beginners, probably more so today because there were a lot of newbies. Only complaint is that the buzzer kept going off with people going to another class on the floor which was a bit distracting.

Michelle was amazing! She led a great workout and had a fun sense of humor - the whole class was having a good time despite the workout being intense. She also gave everyone personal attention even though there were ~10 of us. Will return!
