    Alicia was amazing! I’ve been wanting to take her class and I am so glad that I did! The workout was challenging but fun and I really felt like I maximized my lunch hour. When I don’t go to Physique for a few weeks I can really feel the difference between the Physique method and any other barre class at another studio.

    Really enjoyed this class. It was a slow burn - mixing yoga, balance moves, low impact cardio, light weights, and Barre. Lots to mix it up do it went by fast. The space is clean with good natural lighting. Jenna's very knowledgeable and gives great cues but more hands on adjustments may have helped. And I'd love more recognizable/popular music. It's mainly just rhythmic dancey tunes that aren't particularly fun or motivating. Still a great full body workout for all levels.

    Instructor is excellent and class is challenging. Instructor tries to know everyone’s name, will only give constructive corrections and is very encouraging and positive. Class is a great workout, studio is clean and very nice. A gem in FIDI!
