    Love Devin’s classes! The strength class is great because it isn’t your typical Barre class and using heavy weights is great! Devin is super helpful and if you ever need guidance on something, she is there to help. Can’t recommend her classes enough!

    The absolute best of the best. When coaches have coaches, this is where they go to train. Actual experts in their field and Markus and Patty are THE DREAM TEAM. They are brilliant and very efficient. Really great with offering up support when it comes to lifting properly and they meet their instruction with everyone with where they are at. Zero competition between clients and they really encourage you to meet and find your best stronger self.

    You have to try these classes!! Owned and operated by Scott who teaches many of the classes himself, these workouts bring all the elements !! They are fun, dynamic, well designed and challenging for BOTH cardiovascular and strength training. My schedule has me attending the 6am classes, but there are a wide variety to choose from. This gym is a favorite by far and Scott as well as his fellow coaches and attendees are super welcoming ! Great vibes all around.
