    It's obvious that Aeson is a physiotherapist. He breaks down the movements and targeted areas so clearly while taking care to be aware of folks' abilities and injuries. He helped me adjust and improve my postures. Super nice and informative! Beginner friendly and non-intimidating, but it is a challenge!

    Olympic Weightlifting

    It's my first weightlifting session since my injury. Coach Yana gave great tips as we did the prewritten program. Everyone was so friendly and cheered each other on. I would recommend it as a class for people with prior experience but I'm sure they'll guide you as a beginner as well.

    Such a fun class!! Would recommend you have some background in dance/acro/yoga to enjoy this. Really made me feel like a kid again moving around/rolling on the floor/moving your body in ways that you don’t really get to as an adult!
