    Kenneth's Elevate class is one of the better ones I have attended at YM and I have attended quite a few some of which were not very well thought out and felt all over the place. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

    Great class , I think it’s not beginner friendly and not much of correcting participants poses. It was more speed and changing poses rather than doing it proper and well. So some background will be good. Class is at your own pace so no stress on the number of reps.
