    Core Balance Stretch - 60

Rausyan was a great therapist, targeting exactly the spots that were sore and tight. Felt like jelly after the session. Great experience in general. They also provide jogger pants for you to change into if needed.

    Vinyasa

The difficulty and pace of the class was perfect for mid-level yogis. Instructor had good energy and was clear most of the time. However the start of the class was very rushed and chaotic likely because the instructor only came in a few mins before class started.

    Reformer Intermediate

Nice place and wonderful instructor! Lydia was very helpful and detailed, her instructions and voice is nice to the ears. The only bit for me personally would be the temperature of the studio, it’s slightly chilly, and the reformers are a tad squeezy near the front windows. Other than that, super fun workout!

    Reformer Flow L1 - 50 Mins

Love how today’s session was focused on upper body, and Regine’s instructions were easy to follow and understand. We used the springboard and it was my first time on it, which reminds me a lot of the tower - challenging yet makes you focus on using solely your lower body.

The session was geared more towards helping your body adjust with aches , eg. from bad posture. The instructor checks in if the stretch is suitable or if you want to try further. It’s not about following a lot of sequences… it’s so relaxing after a day at the office!

    Beginner Aerial Silks

Fun class! Started with warm ups and conditioning before the instructor taught us techniques like foot wraps and how to climb up the silks. Also did some basic moves with the silks tied. Instructor was really encouraging, patient and helpful! Silks require a whole lot of arm strength but this class is still manageable for beginners! Thank you Randall for the wonderful session :)

    Ballet Beginner

Andine was the best possible teacher for my first ever adult ballet class. The first half of class is doing some bar exercises. Slow and then fast-paced. After that the bars were moved to the side and we got to do 2-3 sets of choreography. It was a great class!

    Aerial Stretch

Happen to be first day exercising after yrs so my core n strength was zero. Went for this after friend's intro. It's my first aerial stretch. It's a really nice place to try. Class was small and teacher was very nice and patient. Not easy but quite interesting.

Intro to Heels - Teck Lim Studio

Choreo was really amazing but do note it’s not beginner-friendly. If it’s your first time with heels, I’d recommend taking a term class where there is more focus on techniques. To give an idea, there are shoulder rolls, floor inversions and splits. If you can’t manage the moves, it may be a challenge to flow through the entire choreography…
