    Great workout with Joanne despite the shorter time frame, the sweat sesh was really intense and you can always feel free to skip the second round of treads or adjust your speed accordingly. Just a heads up to check your email from Barry's immediately after booking. If you see DF-xx on the email then it means you have been booked for double floor and you will be doing 4 sets of weights. Manged to get a floor slot despite the new processes so I do think that slots are randomly allocated. Pro tip from another CP user - download the Barry's Asia Pacific app and scroll through classes to look at the available spots before you register for a class to avoid disappointment/having to cancel later!

    Either rental inclusive or non compulsory tracker rentals. It’s such a roadblock for such an awesome class. Oh and they should consider changing their locker locks to either electronic or lock and key. It’s not that costly haha.
