see all reviewsVeron is a comical instructor and she is patient. She goes around encouraging & correcting us. But be careful coz when she corrects, her counting also paused and continues only when she finishes correcting. So it can be a loooong hold. Hehehhe Good class, recommended.

see all reviewsI am so grateful to Song Ying for this amazing class. It was not rushed. He takes the effort to know each person’s pain and tensions before proceeding with the class. He is so knowledgeable and made us go through the perfect exercises to relieve pain and tension and knots in our shoulders, neck and back. It was a full workout of the body and a very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely come back and recommend to all who have right neck and back. The studio is clean spacious and beautiful.
