    FULL MVMT - Intermediate

I normally go to Core40, Bodyrok, and Lagreefit415, but change around for the instructor. Not only is Lisa an amazing instructor who challenges you, she also keeps the class really fun with her energy. These machines also feel smoother than Core40/LF415 but more supporting than Bodyrok.

Haum took a former yoga studio and made the space even more beautiful than it was before. From the wall mural art, to the plants, to the light fixtures and beyond, everything feels like it’s in its place and there to welcome you. The front desk staff are delightful, amazing roster of teachers, and I can’t say enough incredible things about Danni! Love him so much, can’t wait to be a regular at this studio.

I've taken Angelique's class at another studio before and have always enjoyed her style. She pushes students without being overbearing and watches their forms. She always plays good music, has great energy, and a sense of humor. Highly recommend!

Sara’s the best! Her style and sequencing always get me into poses I’ve never been able to do. So glad to have her virtual classes available now; I’ve been missing them since I moved out of SF.

Lyra (Hoop) - Intermediate *Prerequisite Skills Required *

I've really come to appreciate Keri's intermediate class - she will transform you into an aerial badass. Class mostly focuses on foundational work such as single knee hangs, meat hooks and planches. Tricks seem to come second which is fine in my opinion. Without correct form you have nothing right? Keri's teaching style is more direct but don't let that intimidate you - she wants to ensure you're doing it correctly and you'll thank her later for it.
