From the wall mural art, to the plants, to the light fixtures and beyond, everything feels like it’s in its place and there to welcome you. The front desk staff are delightful, amazing roster of teachers, and I can’t say enough incredible things about Danni! Love him so much, can’t wait to be a regular at this studio.

see all reviewsI've really come to appreciate Keri's intermediate class - she will transform you into an aerial badass. Class mostly focuses on foundational work such as single knee hangs, meat hooks and planches. Tricks seem to come second which is fine in my opinion. Without correct form you have nothing right? Keri's teaching style is more direct but don't let that intimidate you - she wants to ensure you're doing it correctly and you'll thank her later for it.

see all reviewsBest class ever!! I love Martine. I basically come to yoga garden only for her class because its so good. I love practicing my handstands, and she always has well thought out flows that are a step above normal flows, so the class feels way more engaging than basic repetitive flows.
