As a result, my knuckles, hands, and elbows have a lot of concentrated/creased tan - I think the protective cream application could be a low-stakes way to provide a 5 star result.

I also didn’t realize that you have to add on extractions because any spas I’ve been to that’s automatically included in any facial experience you choose. The teeth whitening is done with LED lighting - two separate 20 min sessions to get to the optimal whitening the client wants. You can also add another layer of whitening for an even whiter brighter smile for $25 extra. I thought it was a fun and relaxing experience. I personally think everyone should get their teeth whitened. It’s not a painful experience and changes your whole appearance. I’m coming back for the microneedling from a different technician but I’m super excited to spend all my money here and beautify. Lol

Due an emergency at one of the train stops causing a major delay, I was 15 minutes late and called ahead from the train to let them know what was going on. When I arrived, it took them 15 minutes to see me. The technician didn’t ask any questions about my skin or concerns, and on top of starting late ended the appointment ten minutes early. I don’t expect them to extend my appointment to compensate for my late arrival, but I don’t think it’s acceptable practice for them to not make up for their own delays or to not even complete the scheduled appointment time. I paid for an hour Hydrafacial and got about 20 minutes of actual service. Not sure whether that is typical, but based on the description of the service I don’t think I received the service that I paid for.
