I’ve used other lasers where cold air is just pushed after the sting, but this laser has it running continually. I felt very comfortable with the staff as well. I will return next time I need a touch up.

Due an emergency at one of the train stops causing a major delay, I was 15 minutes late and called ahead from the train to let them know what was going on. When I arrived, it took them 15 minutes to see me. The technician didn’t ask any questions about my skin or concerns, and on top of starting late ended the appointment ten minutes early. I don’t expect them to extend my appointment to compensate for my late arrival, but I don’t think it’s acceptable practice for them to not make up for their own delays or to not even complete the scheduled appointment time. I paid for an hour Hydrafacial and got about 20 minutes of actual service. Not sure whether that is typical, but based on the description of the service I don’t think I received the service that I paid for.
