    Ellie is awesome and can tailor a class to what our bodies need, if you speak up. I requested hip openers in this class and she delivered! I feel so good after this class, which is really significant as I am coming back from an illness/injury and it was pretty slow going, but tonight felt like the momentum I needed.     PILATES FOR ALL

    Signed up thinking that this was the same as jumpboard. (Pilates novice here). I was a little worried I'd hate it since I'm not a fan of the floor. It had elements of a reformer style class which was a pleasant surprise. Alaina was fantastic. Great energy and instruction. Small class with personal attention. I got a very good weight/ muscle training workout.
