see all reviewsComing from a fitness background, this class was so fun! Excellent cardio intervals on the treadmill and I loved the focused muscle groups on the strength/weight lifting portion. The instructor, Ben, was so inclusive and sweet and cool, with great pace and clear instructions, I can’t say enough good things about him!! Great class, great studio space, the girl at the front desk was super helpful as well.

see all reviewsI don’t come regularly but every time I make it to class it’s always motivating and fun and 45 minutes though brutal at times go by very fast. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.
