    I was worried that the class was going to be quite intense with a much smaller group than usual. However, Sophie made me feel at ease and provided lots of useful guidance - navigating through the class at a pace that was perfect for me 😊 I hope to have another session like this again.

    Calming Yin

    Loved this class. Perfect for stretch and relaxation which was exactly what I needed. There was plenty of space in the class and enough variation to accommodate all abilities. Matt was a great instructor and I would definitely go again! Thank you.

    Super beginner friendly as it was my second ever yoga class, Adam was very welcoming, helpful and explained things clearly and provided alternative positions depending on flexibility and balance making it a space for everyone! Also helped me work around a sprained ankle making sure that i’m not causing any more harm but still able to stretch and breathe comfortably and really appreciated the concern and patience he showed! Would genuinely recommend to anyone of any skill level, even a complete beginner like me!’

    Mandala Vinyasa Flow Yoga w/ Ailsa Burns

    Best yoga class in Bristol! I love this class, I leave feeling extra flexible and energised, and the practise is somehow calming yet empowering. Ailsa is warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable with her practise encompassing strength, spirituality and deep understanding of the body.
