    I typically only stretch for about 20 minutes in the mornings, so to start my day with such deep and long stretches brought more awareness to my breath. Feeling safe to play with stretches that I needed adjusting to, having tools like blocks to deepen my stretch, breathing through discomfort, and overall just enjoying myself made this a great way to start of my Friday!     I did the DUO class which basically offered 2 options (upper or either lower body) of workout in each station. We rotated the workout stations and did 4 sets per station as I could choose whichever (upper/lower options) I felt comfortable or challenging and I could even do 2 sets of 1 option and the other option for the rest of sets - hope this will help if you are unsure what workout is. The trainer ran around the studio to check everyone’s forms as well as offer alternative option to suit each person’s fitness level most. I was so impressed! I will book in for next class for sure.

    Great studio, friendly team that genuinely wants you to do well in health and fitness. The foam rolling focused class is different to your reformer Pilates class; however, is essential as fascia and joint health is as important as being able to move well. Peta was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, was succinct in her instructing and I enjoyed the pelvic floor and pectoral fascia release the most.
