see all reviewsI had an amazing experience! As someone on the curvy side, I often find fitness classes daunting, but the instructors here go out of the way to make you feel completely at ease. The classes are challenging, especially when it comes to coordination and balance. What sets Power Moves apart is their unique approach to Pilates. The classes aren’t strictly Joseph Pilates style, which adds a fun and dynamic twist to each session. The variety keeps things interesting and engaging, making every class something to look forward to. The instructors are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, always ready to offer modifications and encouragement. The studio itself is stunning, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years, there’s something for everyone here. I left the class feeling stronger, more confident, and excited for the next one. However the classes are hard, so if you’re on the uncoordinated side, prepare to be humbled in a safe and supportive environment. If you’re considering trying Pilates, I highly recommend giving Power Moves West End a go!

He teaches smooth relaxing flows, but also gets your legs burning in a good way.
