Wow it was the best class I ever visited! Very beautiful studio. Started with meditation, a little bit vinyasa, then was very hard workout, Solidcore isn’t even close😅 We worked on our arms, lower body, core using different props and barre. At the end was shavasana with candlelight, aromatherapy, cold towels and little spiritual ritual. I’m telling in this one class we did meditation, vinyasa, pilates with props, barre and yin yoga.

Veronica is awesome. she is very soft and kind, at the same time that her practice is challenging and makes you feel that you are really working out, deeply stretching and improving your practice. She does the poses/routines while she explains, what I adore because I experiment a lack of coordination between the directions that I listen and the responses of my body (it happens to me also in my 1st language). She also specifies the movements/expectations of each level (1, 2, 3) when showing the poses.
