see all reviewsThis was my first Yin class and it was wonderful. So nice to slow down and really focus on stretching and lengthening all those muscles and tendons. Zina was so great! She took time to walk around and give suggestions to each of us in class and helped make sure everyone was finding their edge without going too far. Lots of opportunities to modify to your body's needs too. Very nice class.

see all reviewsI’ve never taken a yin yoga class before! Turns out I learned that I prefer the vinyasa flow type because it’s easier to quiet my thoughts, but the instructor was helpful in explaining poses and the music was nice and relaxing!
