    Fantastic way to start your week!! Anthony's energy and music selections were great. Almost 2/3 of my class was in Zone 2-5, which is incredible considering the fact that Anthony cued frequently for 1 minute rests. The luxe digs were fully stocked — showers essentials + deodorant/lotion/hair styling products ~ did I mention the chilled lavender towel at the end of class ?! 💯/💯

    This class was so much fun! I rowed in college but went with some friends who were rowing for the first time and our instructor Bryan took the time to teach them the movements before class started. We all had a great time and got a good workout in. I’ll definitely be coming back!
