see all reviewsCarly was a fantastic instructor, so welcoming and approachable. The class was suitable for all levels and I really enjoyed the mixture of fitness with wellness. Carly did a great job of explaining and demonstrating each movement, whilst ensuring the whole class felt comfortable both physically and mentally! I will be booking again for sure!

see all reviewsLOVE this studio. Seriously EVERYONE here is so nice and genuine from the owner to instructors to clients. Didn’t know what to make of functional yoga but it is basically moves and poses designed to strengthen and stretch you for life. As opposed to a vinyasa flow or relaxing yin. Honestly I would take any class here that’s how good they are!

see all reviewsGreat experience I came in late and had so many thoughts in my head and still was able to breath and relax to the flow of the class, I wish the receptionist would have given me a mat for the class when told her I was heading to the yoga class because it was my first time and I didn’t knew they were in the front desk but still I started the class without it and at some point the instructor noticed and provided the necessary equipment very attentive and gentle there was also a class mate who was very kind and let me know that I could pick the mat at the front desk. Definitely would go back it felt very nice.

see all reviewsIt's always a pleasure taking Hatha yoga classes at Instrumental Yoga with Brian. Instrumental Yoga is the only studio in the Boston area that offers what was formerly known as Bikram Yoga at a much more reasonable 80°F—these are their "Hatha - 26&2" classes. It's refreshing to be able to continue to practice the excellent traditional 26-posture sequence in a pleasant space that keeps you warm but doesn't make you feel lightheaded during class. It's best to come prepared to class already wearing your yoga clothes since the changing area/bathroom is in a separate part of the building, but everything about class is always a pleasure. Thanks again for a great class!

see all reviewsReally great class. Derric is very welcoming and made it easy for me being new to a group meditation class. The meditation itself is ~40-45 minutes which sounded long at first but it allowed such a deep sense of connection with your body which was much needed after a long week. I felt so peaceful and happy afterward. Would definitely recommend even if you’re newer to meditation!

see all reviewsReally warm, thoughtful space. I ended up going to the Heart of Recovery class on Monday evening, but wished there were more structured details on ClassPass. Love that this is 0 credits, and adored the poem in the beginning, and community meditation. I think I'll look into if they have guided meditations next.
