It’s a clean environment & the wax she uses doesn’t pull on your skin. I am pretty hairy but Paula is very thorough and left my skin super smooth. see all reviewsI went in for a custom facial, I enjoyed my experience here and had a great technician! My only complaint is that when I asked what they recommended for my skin type I assumed the options they were giving me were included in the price of my custom facial. At no point was it made clear that I would have an additional charge by taking the estheticians recommendation. I only found out when leaving and they told me there was an additional 50$ charge. I enjoyed my experience, but had I known I may have opted for a different treatment or not booked through class pass at all since I didn’t save any money in the end.
