    Kimberly was awesome! I’ve done the train and strength classes before with other instructors and felt like there was a lot of waiting around and an hour long class ended up being only ~ 20 min of work, but Kimberly gave us the option of doing exercises during the breaks, which made the class feel much more productive. Also loved the stations/set of exercises they had set up!

    Emma was a fantastic instructor, her energy was the perfect balance between exciting and relaxing. She was great at guiding class members through the poses while also encouraging us to do what feels good for us. Overall a very enjoyable experience, I would definitely take another one of her classes.
