After a diagnosis, I’m relearning my body and trying to push myself without going too far. Louisa made me feel welcomed and didn’t make me feel lesser because I couldn’t/didn’t feel comfortable in certain positions. I still got a great workout, and the positivity and nonjudgmental vibes were appreciated. Would recommend her teaching for anyone.

Nicoles classes never disappoint. She is very friendly and a motivating instructor. She is precise and timely with her instructions. She always provides options/modifications for difficult moves so that she makes sure everyone in the class gets a good workout.

Pilates Mat/Reformer Combo: Level I Beginner

Very helpful instruction on getting the most muscle work out of seemingly simple movements. I’ve been doing Pilates on/off for years but found this foundational class educational. Joanne gives corrections gently and is very encouraging.
