see all reviewsSophia is the best instructor I’ve had at Boom. She does quite a ‘heavy’ class (uses a lot of high resistance), which suits me, and the music is always great. The sound quality of the instructor’s mics at Boom isn’t great, but Sophia always seems to be the easiest to understand! Definitely recommend this class.
