see all reviewsLove the workouts at Kobox but it is really difficult to see what the instructor is doing in the dark and with all the bags in the way. I can hear them talking but usually struggle to see what they’re demonstrating. But it’s fun nonetheless!

see all reviewsBrilliant class! Florin is one of the best Bike&Beat instructors as he proposes different full body workouts and playlists so it never gets boring. Florin pushes us to a max with the right tone and explains all the choreographies in a clear way. It’s not just a super great workout for toning etc. but also a happy place for everything in regards to mental wellbeing :).

see all reviewsThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
