    This was my first true kickboxing class and I loved it! Julie is an amazing instructor--enthusiastic, encouraging and energetic. I barely had to look up to find her for assistance when she was right there by my side. She demonstrated and emphasized good form which I thoroughly appreciate. I liked the warm up at the start of class and core work at the end. I will definitely be back!!

    Good class! Challenging and went by fast. The class was small but the group was welcoming (seemed like they may have been regulars). The instructor was helpful in showing the moves in each circuit and patient with my confusion as the newbie. Studio is a little hard to find, but well worth it! (Hint: fourth floor of the building!)
