    That was intense! If you’re looking for a great class to sweat out everything this is it. It starts with a yoga warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down in between you were doing plyometric and light weighted exercises. It’s almost like a barre/pilates class without the machines. Liked the class, Kathy was very welcoming and I enjoyed her instruction. Will be back.
