The fact that the groups are small allows for individual adjustments if needed, interaction with the instructor and the participants and gives me the feeling of safety, after a long break from training! It would also be great if the trainers whilst running through the class instructions at the beginning also asked everyone to try and put the equipment back after each set so the transitions are smoother - when that reminder is shared, people actually make the effort and it means there’s less chaos in such big classes.
