see all reviewsWas introduced to the most shiok hamstring stretch using yoga strap and the best of all it that it is hands free!! I love the vibe of the studio and the really clean toilets. Got a pocky snack each at the end of class too! However I’m not too sure about this place being suitable for sound bath as the noise from the traffic is quite constant and loud. Some reflection bouncing off the white walls outside the studio which is a little glaring if you pick the wrong spot. Will look out for PH class in future as I enjoy a 90mins class which is quite rare on normal days.

Thought I’ve familiarised or gotten better with most poses but I’ve definitely been humbled in Keat’s class 😭 Keat makes sure you get into poses right, explains how, which angle or height and which muscles you should be feeling the stretch/tightening. Will definitely come back for more!!
