Group Tennis Lessons (Beginners) @ Farrer Park Tennis Centre - 60 mins

Excellent experience taking the group lessons. The coach was patient, fun, and knowledgeable. The 2 hour session was also long enough for good learning. Overall a fun time picking up tennis and will be back again!

    Parkour Training

Chill class on Sunday filled with mostly tweens/ teens. So glad the studio is air-conditioned! Instructor gives good tips on how to improve. Warm up on your own before class and wear sweatpants / full length yoga pants. We dropped back from sitting on a bar! Scary but fun stuff!

Pranayama by the Beach (East Coast Park)

The instructor was able to customize the yoga poses to target the areas of tension in our body. I was also able to focus and be more mindful thanks to the visualisation cues.

    L0 Fundamentals - First Timers

Super fun class that was really informative. The location can be a little confusing though. The class was actually at gate 7-8 but the coordinates provided by classpass was gate 18. Really better to call the number on The Ride Side’s website to check.
