    I loved this class.I think it was well structured for everyone to do the same workouts but move at your own pace. The instructor was very helpful at showing you the workouts. And it was a good workout, heart pumping and sweating. I think it’s good for beginner fitness level. The place was clean and lots of weights and etc.

    The instructor is very welcoming and keeps the class UP beat! This was the first class I’ve attended in Portland where fellow attendees have greeted a new comer—I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth. The class it self was challenging from start to finish, A+! Only downside was there was hair all over the floor. Myself and mat were covered in hair.
