The work out had verity of weights, stations , and good instructions. We had a small group but were flexible enough to accommodate anyone who wanted to take it slow or to push the pace. Got what I was looking for since I’m getting started to be more active and getting back to a workout routine to get my body stronger. This class gave me a better understanding of what to do for a better workout than just randomly going to a gym machine. Will be coming back again.
